Essence1989 offers home fragrances, diffusers, and candles crafted with exceptional care. Each item includes a detailed description, although natural variations may occur.

3. Prices

Prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and delivery method selected.

4. Orders

Any order placed through our online store implies full acceptance of these terms. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is validated.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. No product will be shipped until full payment is received.

6. Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. Orders are shipped from Brussels. Delays do not entitle the customer to any compensation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for personalized or opened products.

8. Liability

Essence1989 shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of products sold.
